Wow what a weekend! Had a fab wedding in the beautifull village of Drymen with Kirsty and Stewart McGregor.
The day started off with the Bridal prep which Cheryl got to work and got some amazing low depth of field shots and I had some tea whislt talking to the family. Once done we raced off to the Church of Scotland in Drymen to get the Groom and Best Man shots and the guests arriving. The Minister was fine and her assistants told us the rules of no flash photography and that we could only shoot from the balcony. Easy.
All set and the wedding ceremony went great with no problems. Once up at the Buchanan Arms hotel we headed up the hill for some dramatic Bride and Groom shots. I even tried the groom sweeping the bride back for this kiss which just made the shot.
Once down we went through the group shots and I used the beauty dish that I trialled at the last wedding with great results being that it was quite a grey day. The day continued and I had a nice suprise later when everyone left to set off Chineese lanterns!
The venue was fantastic and they had fairy lights behind the top table which makes for some awesome bokeh tastic.
